She is only 21 and a certified sisterlocks consultant, salon owner, and certified licensed cosmetologist. You go girl. Very friendly young lady and very speedy. This time she finished me up in 3hours. Not bad not bad. She also created a nice up do as well. My hair is growing on 12/23/13 I will celebrate 23 months with my sisterlocks.I am getting closer to my 2 year mark. Ms.Jasmine told me that my hair is locked too. I didn't think they were so that good to hear. If she tells me they are I am rolling with it lol. Anyways check out the pictures below!
