Meet my new trainee consultant

Ok, so I needed up going with another person. The stylist I was I going to go ended up not working out. Ugh... Too much to explain why I didn't. However I did find another consultant. She does not style but she did get me out in a reasonable time. She finished me up in 4 hours. I think that is pretty good. Esp. Considering the fact that I do have 700 SL. I have a stylist who will style my SL. That was not what I wanted. I actually hate it to be honest with you. But its either that or cut them off. Also she gets an extra kudus bc she was able to fit me in last min. So I was excited. But anywho she lives about 20 mins away from me which isn't that bad. If anyone lives in the Hampton Road area(more specifically va beach) and would like to start their sisterlocks or get a retighten please contact my new trainee consultant Mrs. Zelda Barnes....  Below I have attached photos of after my retighten...
P.S. Check back in a few weeks for my next hairstyle. Oh yeah I washed my hair for the first time ever in life... I hated it and I did a horrible job. Shampoo was still in section of my hair. I am Def going to my hairstylist asapery.

I found a consultant

Happy Tuesday everyone! I forgot to post on here I found a consultant. I thought I did. She is a trainee and also a cosmologost like my former trainee consultant. I will post a picture of her soon. Also pray that this is a match made in heaven. I go in for my reti in a few weeks. So we have to see.

Thickening up

I'm not quite sure if I spelled that correctly butttt.lol... Contrary to what others believe there are parts of my hair that are thin... Not a lot but I do have thin spot here and there on my head. Below are two pictures one is month 2 and the second picture is month 6... My SL are swelling nicely.



Also if you look at the back of my hair the right side is thicker/ fuller than the left side... My goal is that by year one, my left side is as thick and full as the right side. I think that that is reasonable. I Def. Will be increasing my water intake,fruits, veggies, & lean meats.

Farewell hairdo...tear

My farewell hairdo done by the best trainee consultant in the world.. I will miss Ms.Tanisha.. she did my last reti, wash, and style today... Pray that I find a consultant that is as good as her!
On 6/23/2012 will mark my 6 month sisterlocksversary. It seemss like just yesterday I was getting them installed... Below is a comparision of my hair length now. Also a closer look into my hairstyle

Vent recant

After talking to some special friends.. they gave me some sound advice... I called around again today and talked to someone new.She is trainee.(I love trainees, my consultant is a trainee and you cant tell me shes not the best.. I love her!).. I even gave the trainee in VA my consultant number. Hopefully they can connect and be a resource with each other.When I tell you yesterday I was venting and ticked off I was.  The other day, I literally called and talked to over 10 people. And left messages with some trainees and consultants that did not even call me back. But I am going to pray on it and see what happens... Typically I don't do a lot of talking on here. I simply post pictures of styles and a brief explanation of it. But I was really frustrated and upset. I am still kind-of am, but we shall see, if everything works out for me... On a much happier note, I go in for a reti next week... But it is also sad news because this will be my last reti with Ms.Tanisha.... I am going to miss her something serious... And lastly on 6/23/2012 I will be celebrating my 6 month SLversary... That's all for now. This post is all over the place.
